Local Solicitors

Each year Thames Hospicecare teams up with local solicitors to offer Make a Will week. This year it is taking place between the 12th-17th March 2012. During Make a Will Week people are invited to visit one of the solicitors below and in return for a donation of £85 single, or £125 for a mirror Will, you'll be able to agree a basic Will or make a simple amendment to an existing one.

During Make a Will week you are under no obligation to make a gift to us or any other charity.

As well as making life easier for your dependants, make a Will can help reduce the tax payable. It can reduce stress for families and friends at a difficult time as they will be happy knowing they are following your wishes.

If you miss Make a Will Week it's worth remembering that a Will can be made at any time of the year. The cost of writing a Will can vary between solicitors and depends on how complicated you affairs may be and the experience of the solicitor of your choice to ask for some guidance.
