Rise and Shine before the dawn breaks to join the THc Sunrise Walk and raise funds for Thames Hospicecare (THc).

The popular THc Sunrise Walk is back in Windsor on 11th October 2009 with registration at 5.00 am. Women of all ages can join in and walk either 6.5 or 13 miles from Savill Court Hotel in Windsor through the town to Windsor Great Park, the home of the original 1904 marathon, as the sun rises over the town.

Details of the walk are as follows :

• Sponsored charity walk to raise funds for Thames Hospicecare
• Women only
• 6.5 miles (quarter marathon) or 13 miles (half marathon) distances
• Single, multiple or team entries welcome
• £15 entry fee
• Prizes for highest individual and team sponsorship
• Raise over £300 and get a free THc Gillet.
• Raise between £75 and £299 and get a free THc Umbrella
• Raise up to £75 and receive a free THc Water Bottle
