If you are an enthusiastic runner, why not run for Team THc! From fun runs to marathons, we offer a variety of running programmes you can sign up to. Get ready, get set and finish your run with a great sense of achievement, knowing you have made a difference to THc.

London to Paris
Our most popular bicycle ride, will give you the opportunity to see the real beauty of the countryside of Northern France. The five-day bike ride starting on 14th September - 18th September 2011, will surely sweep you away, with the last stint leading up to the remarkable Eiffel Tower.

Parachute Jump
Take to the Sky and make the jump for Team THc! This parachute jump is sure to be a challenge for everyone, so why not rise to the challenge and sign up today. As a once in a life time experience, you are promised to feel the adrenaline rush – the skies the limit!

Sunrise Walk
Rise and shine, it’s walking time! Go the distance in this fun, energetic and electrifying walk. Last year an amazing 750 women set off in unison, raising a fantastic £101, 000! You can participate this year, and be a part of supporting THc and all the other lovely ladies walking for us.

THc Siklis Trek
Are you looking for a challenge? On 18th March 2011, a team of THc supporters will be setting off on an adventure of a lifetime, trekking through the remote and beautiful region of the Himalayas. This 10 day trip will offer inspiration and a sense of achievement to all participants.

Santa Dash
The latest craze of dashing Santas is back. Rest assured it promises to be as fun and exciting as the last! The festive fun starts with a 5km fun run around Swinley Forest, wearing your free Santa suit. If you’re not much of a runner you can still participate, simply walk to the finish line and don’t forget your goodie bag!

Christmas Concert
We invite you to join us for a wonderful winter evening filled with festivities at our Christmas Concert. Talented musicians, choirs and celebrity readers, are only some of the performances you can expect. With a beautiful venue, wonderful scenery in the Chapel, mulled wine and a mince pie, seasonal perfection is guaranteed.

Light up a Life
A time to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones in a special way. With our annual Christmas appeal, you can dedicate a light in memory of someone important to you, and share the experience with friends and family at any one of our three services. You are also able to place the names of loved ones in the 2010 Light up a Life, Book of Dedications.

Overseas Trek
With some amazing destinations to visit like Peru, Costa Rica and South Africa, our treks are an experience of a lifetime to say the least. Enthusiasm, a sense of adventure and a desire to achieve personal goals, is what is needed. So, take to the challenge and experience a truly exciting adventure.
