With Zumba being the most popular event of the ear, Thames Hospicecare is letting the music take control! THc Bike Ride
If you are up for a new and unique challenge this year, THc has just the thing for you! With an impressive new route for all you cyclists out there, THc will be holding it's very own Bike Ride on Sunday 22nd April 2012. THc Max-It
Your team can go head to head with other local businesses in what is set to be a thrilling contest to become THc's £25 Max it Corporate Challenge Champion! Take part in this unique challenge, running throughout 2012 to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. You will be given £25 to turn it into as much as possible. A perfect team building excercise!! London to Paris
A popular bicycle challenge, will give you the opportunity to see the real beauty of the countryside of Northern France , will surely sweep you away, with the last stint leading up to the remarkable Eiffel Tower.This event is running from January 2012 - December 2012.

Overseas Trek
With some amazing destinations to visit like Peru, Costa Rica and South Africa, our treks are an experience of a lifetime to say the least. Enthusiasm, a sense of adventure and a desire to achieve personal goals, is what is needed. So, take to the challenge and experience a truly exciting adventure.
