We are delighted thatThames Hospicecare has been offered a special charity day at Frogmore House in June and hope that many of you will join us. Frogmore House, set in the private Home Park of Windsor Castle, is renowned for its beautiful landscaped garden and 18th-century lake.
Indeed, Queen Victoria loved Frogmore so much that she chose to build a mausoleum for herself and her husband, Prince Albert, in the grounds. She was inspired to write 'all is peace and quiet and you only hear the hum of the bees, the singing of the birds.'
The garden is one of the enduring attractions of Frogmore.
