Your booking will be confirmed by post or email. An invoice will be sent to the address specified above, for payment within 30 days. Bookings cancelled 7 days prior to the room hire date may be subject to a cancellation fee. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, THc will retain your details on file for administrative purposes. Please be assured that information will not be passed on to third parties, unless your prior consent is given.
